Multi-layer AES file encryption with Argon2 key hardening

XENCNG is a standalone C# tool for encrypting and decrypting files and folders using 100×, 10,000× or even 100,000× AES layers combined with Argon2 password hashing. Designed for post-quantum resistance and maximum file security. Developed with .NET 8 in Visual Studio 2022.
